Instructions:

1. Clean your nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry your nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers one side at a time. Make sure that while applying, your nipple is centered on the nozzle cover. If you are not satisfied with the result, peel it off and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover onto the skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use a brush, fingernails, or other harsh cleaning solutions to clean the nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a gentle body wash.
2. Hand wash the nipple covers and do not dry them in the sun.
3. We recommend not using nipple covers on scars, wounds, or sensitive skin.
