Gently cleanse the area to remove body oil and skin residue. Do not use moisturizers, creams, or other skin care products anywhere near the area before applying the nipple covers, as this will reduce the adherence of the nipple cover.
Apply the covers one side at a time. Make sure that, when applying, the nipple is centered on the nipple cover. Press the nipple cover lightly onto the skin for the final result.
