HOW DO I SET MY EVERY CUP?

Before first use, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or in a special sterilizing solution. Always insert it with clean hands. We recommend inserting your Eve cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you, and to facilitate insertion, wet it with water or use a water-based lubricant and follow these steps: Compress the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, and insert it diagonally towards the back of the vagina, ensuring it is properly seated.

HOW DO I GET MY ÈVE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract your vaginal muscles to position the cup near the vaginal opening. Use a finger to check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Squeeze the bottom, releasing the pressure until the cup is removed, and empty its contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with warm water and pH-neutral soap, and store it in its included pouch.

HOW DO I USE MY ÈVE CUP?

Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours at most. The Eve Cup's stem can be trimmed to fit different lengths. It allows for extended wear of up to 12 hours without emptying.
