INTIMRELAX allows you to exercise and gradually dilate the vaginal canal. At the same time, through small daily exercises, it helps overcome the fear of penetration. It consists of three elements with a perfectly ergonomic shape and different sizes to provide palliative relief from this disorder, which has detrimental effects on sexuality and overall psychological health.

INTIMRELAX should be used with a water-based lubricant to facilitate the exercises and at the same time lubricate and moisturize the vaginal mucosa.
Vaseline, which can damage the latex of condoms or diaphragms and increase the risk of genital infection, or other oil-based lubricants are absolutely contraindicated.

HOW DO I USE INTIMRELAX?

First, apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina, about the size of a chestnut, and gently massage for 2 or 3 minutes.

Next, take the smallest INTIMRELAX applicator. Apply lubricant to the tip in the same proportions. Then, gently and gradually begin to insert it into the vagina. If you experience dryness, add more lubricant.

You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes with small rocking movements. It's important to keep in mind that vaginal muscle contraction is detrimental, so if it occurs, you must stop exercising.
